Card Ladder has quickly become the de-facto standard for card pricing since its inception. It has been fun listening to it become more and more ubiquitous over the past year or so.

Recently Collectors Universe acquired Card Ladder. I know I am not breaking any news with this. It happened at least a few weeks ago.

What excites me the most about this acquisition is that a quality startup in the trading is getting a great exit. Being brought under the Collectors Universe umbrella will allow Card Ladder to continue to grow and even thrive.

I would love to see more startups in this industry and then have them progress to solid exits. It will help the industry in general. We need a lot more stories like this.
